Economic Stress Index: May 2009
The Associated Press is keeping an eye on economic stress by county, measuring monthly unemployment, foreclosures and bankruptcy in each U.S. county with the Economic Stress Index. To convey the results, they have launched a color-coded, interactive map with video essays from affected Americans.
