Fullerton Community Examiner: Over 8,000 Descend on Fullerton to Protest Higher Taxes

Led by KFI AM 640 talk radio hosts John and Ken, the first rally of the recall effort dubbed Tax Revolt 2009 drew more than 8,000 Californians to downtown Fullerton in protest of the state's tax increases exceeding $50 billion. During the rally against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and multiple state legislators, people chanted "Heads on a stick!", pummeled the governor's films and booed tapes of him claiming he wouldn't raise taxes.
